In order to approve trade and commercial documents issued in Sweden, it must first be stamped and signed by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Industry or the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and then submitted to the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Stockholm for final approval.

 

 Required Documents:

 1. The original of commercial and commercial documents stamped and signed by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Industry or the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 2. Bank receipt:

 Offering a bank receipt (Kvitto) The cost of confirming the documents to the account number 52771112515 in SEB Bank

 (If you go to the embassy in person, it will not be possible to pay for the documents in cash, and you can only pay through the banking system)

 3. An envelope for returning documents: Envelope registered by the post office with full details of the name and address of the recipient to return the documents

 (If you go to the embassy in person, you do not need to prepare a return envelope)

In order to approve this type of power of attorney, it must be prepared in Notary Public and then approved by the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Important Description:

 In order for the second, third or more copies of commercial and commercial documents to be approved, they must be approved by the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as in the first version.

To be certified, a copy of the business and commercial documents must be approved by the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Swedish Chamber of Commerce and Industry, as in the original documents.

It is not possible to verify distorted or corroded documents

Swedish or English are acceptable commercial and commercial documents, but Persian translations of these documents are not acceptable. The translation of such documents into Persian, after approval by the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Stockholm, is done by the official translation offices in Iran.

Refuses to send incomplete documents, otherwise the documents will be returned without any action.
